ME
I am Yannick Rudolph
-
Performance Identity Coach and Moderator.
I support competitive athletes and performance-oriented individuals in achieving their goals in harmony with their personality, values, and mental strength.
Performance has always fascinated me.
As an entrepreneur and former competitive athlete, I know how fulfilling it is to achieve your goals.
But I also know how hard the road is and how quickly you can overwork yourself.
That's why I explore how personality is related to success.
As a psychodynamic coach and psychotherapist in training, I know the factors that contribute to success, personality development, and a strong psyche.
I also understand the risks of performance pressure, perfectionism, and constant self-optimization, as well as how to overcome them.
Psychodynamic
I look behind the surface and make hidden dynamics visible.
Individually
I believe that every person is unique and possesses the capacity for personal growth.
Scientific
I work based on scientific principles and combine research with practice.
Empathetic
I create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood.

how I
WORK
my
Qualifications
Today, performance is often more than just
what you do.
It becomes who you are.
It becomes your identity. It's an end in itself.
A lack of performance then means self-loss. Breaks become wasted time. Fun means failure.
To avoid this, more effort is put in, harder training is undertaken, and studies become more relentless. The resulting successes come at a high price: health, time, and self-alienation.
My work is based on the belief that true performance is possible without self-sacrifice and constant energy loss.
I support my clients in experiencing their performance again as an expression of their personality and in developing and strengthening inner clarity, personal values and mental strength.
This is the basis for genuine and sustainable performance.
For Success with Character.
My approach is psychodynamic, scientific, and highly individualized.
Psychodynamic means that we not only look at what is visible, but also at the unconscious processes that lie beneath and shape our thinking and behavior.
Additionally, evidence-based methods from behavioral therapy, sports psychology and psychological research are incorporated into the coaching process.
